The staff

30 people are working altogether at Répertoire Culinaire Ltd.
The team is divided into four main departments.



The Purchasing Department
Four people are in charge of the buying, marketing and quality assurance. Their mission is:
· To maintain stock levels
· To improve cost prices in order to pass on the savings to our customers
· To source new, innovative products keeping with tradition
· To set up quality assurance systems.


The Sales Department
Our sales team is composed of 8 representatives in charge of their own accounts. Their objective is:
· To ensure that our customers are happy with our products and service
· To communicate on a day-to-day basis with their respective customers whenever possible
· To develop current customers' accounts
· To look for new business opportunities.


The Logistics and Warehouse Department
Three warehouse staff -under the supervision of the Operations Manager- receive goods, make up orders and despatch them.
The Operations Manager is also responsible for a team of ten drivers.


The Accounts Department
Three people are assigned to the Accounts Department, supervised by our Financial & Operational Manager.


The atmosphere at Répertoire Culinaire Ltd is relaxed but hard working. We are a small -growing- company and our main concern is to satisfy our customers' expectations.

We are small enough to care and professional enough to cope.
