We import speciality dairy products from France and Italy. Our
range is extensive and includes the premium cheeses, butters and crème
fraîche produced by Isigny Ste Mère in Normandy. Répertoire
Culinaire Ltd is also the exclusive importer of Briard's superior
glass jar yoghurts. |

Gras and French Specialities
We offer a wide range of traditionally produced foie gras from
the south-west of France. The range compromises a variety of fresh
foie gras terrines ideal for the deli counter and gift jars perfectly
suited to the shop. Also from south-west France, we source a selection

Our range of superior quality charcuterie has been specially selected
from France. We are able to offer an extremely comprehensive product
list thanks to our partnership with a French market leader, Loste;
cooked and dried pre-sliced hams and saucissons are available alongside

Sausages
Exciting new options are available alongside the traditional favourites
from Simply Sausages and the range now also extends to vegetarian.
Simply Sausages are made to order to ensure optimum shelf-life and
freshness and also come in cocktail size. This product can be ordered
Monday to Friday allowing two working days for delivery. We similarly
source such French specialities as boudin blanc or noir, merguez and
Toulouse sausages. |
