Historical background |
|
| |
The company
was established in 1982 as Pierre Bruno Co. It was primarily set up as
an agency for the French manufacturers Soleco -producers of pre-washed,
ready-to-eat salads- and Isigny Ste Mère -a cooperative in Normandy
producing AOC (Appellation d'Origine Controlée) dairy products.

In
1992, the company changed management and was renamed Répertoire Culinaire Ltd.
Répertoire moved to a new purpose-built warehouse in East London.
The business was dramatically developed by introducing new product ranges
including San Amvrosia's fresh dips, pasteurised eggs, condiments and blinis.
Répertoire Culinaire Ltd
has worked hard to become a leading supplier -and a partner- of London's
high profile restaurateurs who represent around 75% of our turnover and
prestigious retailers who represent the other 25%.

Constantly
looking to the future, the company took a further major step in November
1999 when it became part of the C.A. Group, an organization with a £100
million turnover and a number of food subsidiaries that produce and distribute
premier quality products to the traditional market throughout France.
This new venture brought new resources to Répertoire Culinaire Ltd
-enabling the company to look forward to new challenges.
