Our range of superior quality charcuterie has been specially selected
from France. We are able to offer an extremely comprehensive product
list thanks to our partnership with a French market leader, Loste.
Cooked, dried or cured, we have speciality ham, saucisson sec, pate

produced from base ingredients of meat bones, vegetables, seasoning
and nothing else, the only process they undergo is that of pasteurisation

After extensive research with top chefs, Bonduelle have
created pre-washed and ready to use blends which ensure that they
are market leaders in the area of food service.
To guarantee delivery we require a two day lead time on orders with

range includes, among others, the premium butters and crème
fraîche produced by Isigny Ste Mère in Normandy. Répertoire

Cheese
Répertoire Culinaire Ltd has sourced a selection of British
and Continental cheeses with particular emphasis on French regional
specialities. British smoked applewood, Greek feta and Italian parmesan

produced in Provence. Tomatoes available range from the Green Zebra,
ideal for confit to the fleshy, seedless Coeur Géant Rouge
- tomatoes for every occasion. For optimum freshness, these items
are pre-ordered. |

Sausages
Sausages at their best, the Simply Sausages range is freshly made
from only prime cuts of meat. Exciting new options are available alongside
the traditional favourites and the range now also extends to vegetarian.
Sausages are made to order to ensure optimum shelf life and freshness.
This product can be ordered Monday to Friday allowing two working
days for delivery. We similarly source such French specialities as
boudin blanc or noir, merguez and Toulouse sausages. |
