We import principally from France but also source speciality foods throughout Europe with many products coming from Italy, Greece and Belgium. Our aim is to offer our customers the best quality in terms of products and service. We achieve this by constantly sourcing traditional, but also original products as well as by providing an ever-evolving, customer-orientated service. From foie gras to continental charcuterie, from AOC dairy products to ready-to-use salads and from freshly-made traditional dips to made-to-order premium sausages, Repertoire Culinaire Ltd offers a vast range of products selected for both retail and catering needs. Moreover, we are committed to supplying food that is safe to our customers. We have HACCP procedures in place, and we are audited according to the requirements of the British Retail Consortium Technical Standard. It is our policy to purchase food from suppliers with equivalent standards. Our client base is made up of restaurants, hotels, independent delicatessens and food halls in London's most prestigious department stores. We pride ourselves on working closely in partnership with all our customers. |
